• Work ethic
• Commitment
• Responsibility
• Perverseness
• Focus

Two of those qualities I need to work on:

• Confidence level

I tend to compare my work and success based on already successful business owners.

• Organization

Even though i use all the tools I have, I feel like I can invest in something that will organize all of my clients, their information, and their appointment date and location.

I like the way you like to compare yourself with your bosses. Even though it may be something that you need to try o not take so serious, at one point it could actually help you. because if you are comparing to people that is already at another level, you will reach that next level really quick.
